1. Purpose<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These Terms of Service (the \u201cTerms\u201d) apply to every order placed on the Site with [To complete: company name]<\/strong> (the \u201cSeller\u201d) by a customer (the \u201cCustomer\u201d). The Seller offers subscriptions giving access to an internet television (IPTV) service, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, for 1, 2 or 3 simultaneous screens, as well as credit packs for resellers. The features of each plan are shown on the Pricing<\/a> page and the Reseller<\/a> page.<\/p>

The service requires a compatible device and a sufficient internet connection (see our setup guide<\/a>). Available content may change without notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Prices<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Orders<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Customer chooses a plan, enters their details (first name, last name and email address are required), accepts these Terms and completes payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Payment is made in full when ordering, by credit\/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure payment provider, or in cryptocurrency. The Seller never has access to your card details. The order is confirmed once payment is actually received.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Activation and access to the service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Login details are sent by email or Telegram, usually a few minutes after payment is confirmed. The subscription period starts from this activation. There is no contract and no automatic renewal: when it expires, the Customer is free to renew it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Free trial<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A free trial may be offered on request to customer support so you can check device compatibility and connection quality before buying. Its conditions (length, availability) are specified when you request it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Cancellation and refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Because the service is a digital service delivered immediately at the Customer\u2019s request, an order cannot be cancelled for a refund once access has been activated, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/p>

By confirming the order and requesting immediate activation, the Customer acknowledges this. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the Customer may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Customer obligations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Login details are strictly personal. The Customer agrees not to exceed the number of screens included in their plan, not to resell or share their access (except with reseller packs) and to use the service in compliance with the laws in force where they live.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. Reseller packs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Reseller packs give access to a panel for creating subscriptions with credits (1 credit = 1 month). They are intended for businesses; purchased credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the panel is activated, except in the case of a fault attributable to the Seller.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11. Availability and liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Seller uses reasonable efforts to provide a continuous, quality service. Occasional interruptions (maintenance, technical incidents, third-party decisions) may occur. The Seller is not liable for problems caused by the Customer\u2019s equipment or internet connection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

12. Customer service and complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
