IPTV FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Our IPTV FAQ covers everything you need to know about our subscription: how it works, the free IPTV trial, payment, compatible devices and support.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) lets you watch TV over your internet connection, with no cable box, antenna or satellite dish. You get live channels, movies and series from a simple app on your TV, streaming device, phone or computer.

50,000+ live channels, 70,000+ movies and 50,000 TV shows on demand in 4K, Full HD, HD and SD quality, with live sports, PPV events, a kids zone and free updates. Every plan includes the same content.

Message us on Telegram and tell us which device you use. We’ll send you a trial account so you can check channel quality and compatibility with your equipment before you subscribe.

US channels plus channels from Canada, the UK, Mexico and Latin America, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and many more countries.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency. If you have a payment issue, contact us and we’ll send you a direct payment link.

Activation is instant: your login details are sent by Telegram or email as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.

Yes. There’s no contract and no automatic renewal. At the end of your plan, you’re free to renew or not.

Contact us on Telegram or by email before your subscription ends. The renewal is applied to your existing account: you keep the same login details and settings.

A standard subscription allows one connection at a time. To watch on several screens at once, choose a 2- or 3-device plan.

Samsung, LG, Sony and Android TV smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android boxes (including onn. and Nvidia Shield), MAG boxes, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Android phones and tablets, Windows PC and Mac, plus Kodi, Formuler and STBEmu.

We recommend IPTV Smarters Pro, available on most devices. TiviMate (Android TV) and IBO Player (Smart TV) are also excellent alternatives. See our setup guide for each device.

We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K. For maximum stability, connect your device to your router with an Ethernet cable.

Restart the app and then your router, check your internet speed and use a wired connection if you can. If the problem continues, contact our support on Telegram and tell us which channel and device are affected.

You don’t need a VPN to use the service. If you have trouble accessing it with your internet provider, our team will recommend the best solution.
